Hayle Allotment Society Meeting 9th September 2012

Time: 8 pm

Venue:  Bucket of Blood Pub

1.    Financial report – We have spent £100 on new heavy duty strimmer. Further financial update not available atow.

Meeting Minutes and Dates for your Diary etc

Hello all

Some dates for your diaries:

Carole will be kindly hosting a SEED SWOP on Thursday 17th November, details to follow. Don't order seeds before that as several people have very large quantities to exchange!

On 18th November Aimee will be sending off the potato order to Dobies - still waiting for order forms to arrive but will let you know when. http://www.dobies.co.uk/ 

Next year's Rose and Cabbage Show will be on 21st July and there will be a plant sale on 19th May for which any donations of extra plants will be very welcome.

Allotment Society Meeting on Friday 25th March - the Minutes - see what you missed!

The Society met at Phillack Church Hall for the first time on Friday 25th March at 7:30pm, for lovely cake made by Joanna and tea and coffee organised by Caroline - thank you.

Howard Lyons deftly chaired the inaugural meeting and supervised the election of Society officers:

Chair: Aimee Middlemiss #11

Treasurer: Andrew Hollinshead #5

Secretary: Simon Allen #6
