Councillor Anne-Marie Rance from Hayle Town Council and Margaret Tanner from Hayle in Bloom have been in touch with the results of the Hayle in Bloom competition:

"We got 6 Neighbourhood awards. All were level 4 (Thriving) or level 5 (outstanding). The Lethlean Allotments jumped straight into a level 4 which is amazing considering they were only opened in March. Hayle got Gold in our category. We didn't win the cup. That went to Sidmouth. John Bennett won an award for the best web site. I'd like to pass on my congratulations and thanks to all of you at the allotments and I hope you all enjoy the allotments for many years to come."
